A riot was brewing in Portland s group of protesters decided to march on MLK, BLVD, where some of the protesters attempted to break the glass of some business. The Portland police came in and dispersed the crowd. The police shot two canisters. After this, the police tried to trail the crowd using their riot vans. The crowd made multiple barricades to slow down the police pursuit.
After evading the police with its multiple barricade method, “be water” tactics, and resilience, the group of protesters went back to their march starting point. At the end of the day, no arrest was made, but police were around monitoring the situation.
